FAQ

What age are the classes for?

Most classes are designed for children ages 5–10, but occasionally there will be Pre-K classes and specialty classes that do NOT require the Art Foundations prerequisite and are open to students ages 3-15.

No prior art experience is needed! Art Foundations is many of the students first extra curricular activity. 🙂

Art Foundations is a 6-lesson course with small class sizes. During the school year, the lessons are spread out over 6 weeks, but in the summer they are usually taught back to back in a one – two week camp.

Each lesson is 1.25 hours.

Classes are held in homes and art studios in Utah County.

Students receive their own art materials to use in class and at home during Art Foundations.

Yes! I’m currently an approved Harmony vendor. If you’re interested in classes but receive funding through another program, reach out to DeBryn!

Not at this time. But parents who sign up their children for these classes are updated on every week’s lessons and they receive supplementary activities they can do at home with their students. This helps parents to learn the concepts along with their children.
